TERMS OF SERVICE
• Please read this entirely and carefully.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• If you have any questions, please contact me!
GENERAL
• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• Commercial use (printing to sell, promotional material for organizations) will have a 100% fee
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• Commissions are first come first serve.
• While artist credit is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated.
ORDERING
• You are expected to fill out the Commission Ordering form.
• You will then get a reply from me confirming your slot.
• I will - after everything is processed and confirmed - send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.
• Payment upfront through PayPal only.
• Commission requests can be made on my Form or on Vgen.
REFUNDS
• Once I start working on the commission piece there will be no refunds.
• If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
• If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
QUEUE / DEADLINES
• I usually take up to 1-2 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
• If I'm already working on another client’s order you will be added to a waitlist and I'll notify you when I'm available to work on your request.
• I usually take 1-2 weeks to finish a piece (If there's a more complex design or background it can go up to 3 weeks).
• Please reply within 48h after being contacted by email/DM!
PROCESS
• After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start Sketching. The Sketch will then be sent to you.
• I will send WIPS as I work on your commission, so you can request revisions.
• I’m going to ask for feedback during the sketch phase of the commission, so feel free to ask for any changes.
• Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.
• After the commission is finished I will send the files (png. format) via email.

ABOUT ME
Heyo, I'm Ana! I'm from Brazil and I work full-time as a freelance illustrator. I've started taking drawing seriously back on 2019, but I always loved drawing even before that!
My artworks vary with my interests at the time, which currently are Genshin Impact and Heartsteel (I'll occasionally draw my OCs, fanart of other games, animes and novels too!).
