TERMS OF SERVICE
• Please read this entirely and carefully.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• If you have any questions, please contact me!
GENERAL
• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• Commercial use (printing to sell, promotional material for organizations) will have a 100% fee
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• Commissions are first come first serve.
• While artist credit is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated.
• Commission rates on Vgen are slightly higher since I have to pay more fees there.
ORDERING
• You can send me an email or fill a request on Vgen.
• You will then get a reply from me confirming your slot.
• After confirmed, I'll will send the invoice.
• Payment upfront through PayPal only. (Pix for Brasil)
REFUNDS
• Once I start working on the commission piece there will be no refunds.
• If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
• If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
QUEUE / DEADLINES
• I usually take up to 1-2 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
• If I'm already working on another client’s order you will be added to a waitlist and I'll notify you when I'm available to work on your request.
• I usually take 2-3 weeks to finish a piece (If there's a more complex design or background it can go up to 4 weeks).
PROCESS
• After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start Sketching. The Sketch will then be sent to you.
• I will send WIPS as I work on your commission, so you can request revisions.
• I’m going to ask for feedback during the sketch phase of the commission, so feel free to ask for any changes.
• Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.
• After the commission is finished I will send the files (png. format) on your email / Vgen.Thank you for your support <3
